SwiFTP is an open-source FTP server that allows you to connect to your phone over wifi or cellular/3g to upload and download files. Any FTP client can be used.
Version 1.24 adds some small features and fixes some minor bugs.

Android 2.2 must use "/mnt/sdcard" as dir name, "/sdcard" will cause chroot violation.

Works great. Only downside is that you have to specify username and password - no anonymous account. Keeping the phone awake is an essential feature.

Doesn't work on Nexus One with Froyo. Error 550 On HTC Desire with Eclair it works perfect.

Me funciona a la perfección en nexus one. Sólo lo he probado en local y va bien, aunque debería mantener el wifi activado al bloquearse la pantalla.
