Simple notepad app to open, edit and save text files to and from the SD card.

** Some features
-- open email attachments
-- change font size, type and color
-- delete/rename in file browser
-- email as text or attachment
-- Search using "search" button

Update is for Froyo.

Not recommended for large file
navigation is harder than it should be. should be more like Astro. and should auto-save

Forced closed all the time on Moto Droid. Switched to TxtPad Lite. Much happier.

Have problems with auto scrolling when trying to set cursor position, but otherwise a great app.

I love this app! I use it to edit as I proofread stories before I post them. My files are 69KB to 221KB with no problems~ kudos;)

I use it to view my guitar tabs. Options for Monospace font, extra small font size, etc. make this the ideal app for my uses. Better yet, it's free!

Not for large files. Its a small bug, but a deal killer: when you move the cursor to a new location, the screen scrolls back to the PREVIOUS location.

Annoying bug on my DX running 2.1, whenever I scroll down the page and select on the spot I want to edit it jumps back to the top of the page.

Works exactly as a text editor should. Nothing fancy. Just a solid and simple app. I am wondering why it is not good for long files? Define 'long file

Please fix this : when you click or touch an area, cursor points to that place, but the screen is not immediately refreshed to show the cursor area

Flawlessly opens and closes, easy to use with Notepad and Notepad++ files. Never lost data. Never force closes. And autocorrect is great

You can "save as" with this app A+. Most of the other Notepads dont.
