Monitor the status of your HTTP servers by periodically checking them against a customizable set of conditions. Send customizable notifications or SMS when they fail to meet those conditions.

Recent changes:
Validate regular expression syntax in content contains conditions.
Sysadmin for 20 years; I like this one because it feels more like a normal monitoring tool: regex, wildcard, response code checks, retries, etc.

Frequently told me my server was dead and it was okay - phone could get the page, tested with telnet to the webserver :)

False alarms? Ping less frequently. Checking every 10 seconds means a 5 second signal loss (e.g. disabling 3G) will give a 50% chance of false alarm.

False negatives. 5 stars when the monitor icon can be removed and alerts with sound. Log goes crazy when server offline.

Seems that the app doesn't handle offline webservers very well. Massive exceptions in the log.

It needs a baseline is internet up check. Right now I get alerts when my phone loses net connection, rather than the server actually being down

Nice program, now I can ensure my works web server is always up. Would be nice if it had an average response time for the server. 5 stars though!

Not significantly better than sitepoke. Running indicator is of little use and should be removable not to waste space.
