Fixed a minor TOC parsing bug. Please update.

NOTE: There are many versions of .pdb files, this reader only supports .pdb files of "TEXt" type. "iSilo" and "PNRd"(PalmReader) types are not supported.
I loved it until I changed the text color. I would buy it again if they fixed it.

It found my pdb file but it won't open it. Keeps force closing

Changed text colour, now all pages are always blank, no matter what colour setting is used. Didn't get to use it for more than 10 seconds. :(

Absolutely faster than free version. Reading chm book is more pleasing than reading PDF.
