This program lets you quickly change basic settings like volumes, ring tones, screen brightness, ...

It's like the profiles on other cell phones.

Due to restrictions of Android the following is not possible: GPS, AutoSync, 2G/3G, notification vibration.

v0.1.12-16: Fixed WiFi, Timeout, small screens, BlueTooth, backup.
5*, no merece menos, teniendo en cuenta que es gratuíta. Lo hace casi todo, razonablemente bien.

Great!Can dev make the profiles shortcut available through long press on home screen instead of only within the apps.This way other apps can access it

Coming from an ex Nokia user, I love this app. It's "almost" as good as profiles on the Symbian OS.

Helpful coming from blackberry but still not customizable enough. Needs ability to change notification tones for each service on each profile.

Hard to get settings to stick sometimes when first setting up a profile, but once you're done, this app is great!

I had problems to backup my profiles. Uninstall, install old 0.1.11 then update to 0.1.16 solved this issue. Nice and useful app.

Coming from blackberry, Profiles was just what I needed. While a little more customizing and location sensing would make it 5 stars, it's still great

Works great...needs to add more connection options: 4G, GPS, Mobile network, airplane mode. Currently only has options to toggle bluetooth and WiFi.

Works good, but it doesn't autostart, nor does it show in task manager. I can't figure out how to get the tones I set for specific people to work.

Владельцы нокиа оценили если б она автоматом по местонахождению меняла профиль, подобно проге handy profiles. Остановился на setting profiles lite.

Essential app. But there are gaps: autostart, location-aware, widget. Shortcut buttons are OK but no longer show after updated to cyanogenmod 5.0.8-n1

Just make sure you uncheck "use incoming call volume for notifications" in your Android settings, otherwise it might not change the volume u set.
