Automatically enable/disable syncing on WIFI ON/OFF. Saves money for those without unlimited data plans, out of country, or when simply roaming. Saves battery by preventing constant background syncing. Sync only when near AP, simply turn WIFI ON/OFF as needed.

Actually, you cant remove comments. Works well, when it works. Doesnt because of 1.6. The sdk for 1.6 has BEEN out for weeks, why wasnt this ready?
While annoying on disconnect does work, automatically turning off/on sync and locale plugin don't (on my Motorola Milestone).
Update now works on all released versions of Android. Many user comments are no longer accurate. All inaccurate comments removed.

doesn't work with donut (not the dev's fault, but still makes the app useless). was a great app when it worked.
would be five stars, if it would force a synchronization after enabling it. Sometimes syncing is enabled for an hour, but no sync takes place.
Doesn't work. Though no WiFi is available auto sync settings are still enabled. Although I give 3 stars for the locale plugin

Doesn't do what is has to do anymore. Time ago did it, now just stopped doing a thing...

Crash notifications w/1.6
was great, doesn't work with my phone's software update though. Had to uninstall
It really needs to have an option for a delay before notification. I dont need my phone to yell at me just because i went out to get the mail.
Your About dialog says that if wisync is not working, then users are completely fail to understand how it works. Do you think your users are idiots?!

Locale plugin is awesome -> sync contacts+calendar only when plugged in.
C'était un véritable manque dans les possibilités de paramétrage d'Android, comblé par une application simple et qui fait bien son boulot: chapeau!

Also had the continous message alert problem, both before and after Cupcake. Otherwise nice, but the annoying noise did 'force' me to uninstall. :-(
After updating, my phone sounded like it was getting hundreds of messages - while I was driving. Should be disabled by default.
Great app although htc magic has function to disable roaming. Fantastic though, battery saving alarm a bit annoying though. Happens went app off too.

just what i needed. i dont have a data plan and only conect to the internet through wifi.
Good idea. Curious how well it will work overseas... I'll probably leave my phone on airplane mode whe out of the country

Works great in New Zealand where data is 1 dollar a day for 10mb
