DictionaryForMIDs is a multi-purpose, offline dictionary application. Many dictionaries are available for automatic (may take a while) or manual installation, you can create your own dictionary using tools from the website.

I like the easily installable dict collection. But character encoding in some (eg turkish) make it next to useless.

Doesn't seem to be a dictionary so much as a word translation utility.

It is good for offline usage, but it doesnt have many common words
