best app manager. saves version & app name (instead of com.notappname.bs). needs to tell more detailed file size when replacing apps with same version

Wenn wieder installierte Apps mit dem Market verknüpft werden, macht das ganze mehr Sinn.. so sind nach dem wieder installieren keine Backups möglich.
