READ_LOGS
Collects a device log and sends it to a developer using a method (email, messaging, etc.) of your choice. The log data is vital to troubleshoot a crashing, or otherwise misbehaving application.
This app is an open source project, hosted at http://code.google.com/p/android-log-collector/
Developers should seek permission and give explanation before asking to install this

Useful App but nowhere did it warn me (on the HTC Desire at least), it also logs sms messages open in memory. These shouldn't be logged!
