Great option but hate input screen, stick to default droid 10 key screen, and not allowed to put fraction of percent in interest (only whole numbers)

I suggest to add a button to clear all fields, would be nice, so it's easier to input the info for the next calculation.

Have the Moto Droid & it would B nice if it loaded the calculator when u selected what option u want. Loaded 1x out of 20 tries. Unistalled :(

The calculator works well, but the only way to factor in extra payments to principle is to use the regular loan calculator.

Ur calculations in the loan section are wrong, the gui is very bad, and in the down payment field allow points for instance 3.5% dwn pmt

Excellent tool for everyday pros. Accurate as my CI real estate manager. Amort feature detailed as a truth in lending minus the mortgage insurance
