I had this b4 googlr maps came out with navigation...this app is very good on my g1 but google maps is faster.... but i use them both

Yes, google maps has tts and i use it. Fact is, not all programs are perfect. I find myself using 1click find addys google doesnt have for some reason

Sound doesn't work correctly . Doesn't update location quickly enough so you'll def. get lost. No option to turn off screen shutoff. Not worth money.

Why bother with this app? Google maps with Nav is the way to go! This app was good, but is garbage now. Sorry but the times they are a changing ;o)

I find it easier just to use google maps. This one wont show you the direction you're going and I have to constantly hit the refresh button.

worked once or twice even then if We made a wrong turn/lost signal the map took forever to refresh. Google maps has navi wish I could get a refund

Have had for 2 weeks, works pretty well, TTS sounds good, but auto refresh is about every 2 minutes which wouldnt be fast enough in a city. Good 4 1.6

Voice narrative lags too far behind to be useful. Also, the directions have often not been the best route between a and b.
