Longpress the home screen. Select Bookmark 2 under Shortcut. Select a bookmark. Drag the picker over the desired icon. Resize with trackball. Click select.

Not working on droid/eclaire
FC on Donut Fix: Completely uninstall and then re-install the app to fix the force close issue after upgrading to donut.
This is better than Betterbookmarks cause BBM can't find the icons half the time. I'm on g1 and have no probe whatsoever. Very cool app and idea. A+
Don't need this after all but it's a unique app.
Forcecloses on v1.6 donut
Had to uninstall. Doesnt work anymore. My old bookmarks do. But i cant make new ones.
Loved it but now it force closes every time, please fix.
Sorry to downgrade from 5 to 2 stars after android donut upgrade. Stopped working, just forecloses. Will gladly upgrade back to 5 once this is fixed.
Should be installed as standard. Brill!
OMG, what a Great App! Thank You! Zekeu, uninstall then reinstall, i had same problem and it fixed it!
worked great until donut installed on my phone now just brings up force close error

Betterbookmarks makes cleaner icons. The pick your own off center icon feature is pointless.
Awesome! Does what its supposed to, working great on my MyTouch w/ doughnut. I wish you could pick from other pictures though.... icon packs, etc.

It makes my shortcuts easier to be identified. Option to use custom icon should be added in future version.

like this but its limited, allot of sites dont suit a screen capture & alot dont have favicons, would be good if there was the option 2 import ya own

Wish you can use SD card img or manually go to url for image (ie. Google images)! Otherwise greaaat app!! :)

Great now I can use this with my new JF moded 1.5 Firmware. It works flawlessly. Great update love it. Keep up the great!!!! Work.
Works for me and im on jf 1.5 .ability to change url to get a better icon would be nice also ability to change icon size when selecting it

How did i just download this?! Perfect app! Lets you create icon for bookmark from the site's page! So easy and fully integrated into the g1!
Love it. Especially how it inegrated and not a stand alone app. But i wish the icons didnt come out a bit choppy.
I think I love you! :D This was really needed. You should add /favicon.ico to the options too, It's just a renamed BMP file.

I cant use the long-press-home-button way, but Alhamdulillah i can long-tap the screen, select Shortcut, then Bookmark 2. Nice~ Tq for the awesome app

Great idea. Nice for web shortcuts. Website default icon almost never works. Auto-sizing selection (box) could be better (more user friendly).
