A talking notepad for Android. This notepad will speak what you type. This application uses the TTS (Text-To-Speech) library for Android.

Still will not work with my G1
I have it working and tts downloaded, but when i open it it goes to market

Witzig, gut verständliche Sprache, funktioniert einwandfrei.
Works well on magic - just needs some improvements like reading the whole sentence after "enter" is pressed instead of just the last word
Horrible. At least have it speak while texting. It only says "space" when i space but doesnt say the words. Lame. Useless. Unless your 12
Havent found a good use for this except a good laugh,and saving oxygen :)

Speaking Pad not doing anything when you press "SPEAK"? go to TTS Service Extended (it's an app), click on "default engine", click "eSpeakTTS"
Works great
Need to download Text-To-Speak Extended first. Work good that ppls understand what it said. Great for Deaf to communicate with hearing people. Im Deaf
Kommt bei freunden immer wieder gut an. Wär cool wenn es einen verlauf geben würde. Da sin sogar eiphone besitzer neidisch XD.

Funktioniert super auch umlaute funktionieren mit ue oe ss. Rede mit meiner freundin nur noch übers Handy.
Works well on the nexus one with TTS and TTS extended. Plainly stated above. Take ur bad comments off because u can't read.

it wont stop talking really fast and it isnt affected when i change the speed of speach. ive tried everything. this is gay. yeah.

Pas de réel réglage de la vitesse. Le mode very slow est TRES rapide.

It does work on my Droid. Pretty well too, tho it might be because of the extra tts libs. (Android 2.0.1)

It works. Alternatively download 'Voice Dictionary' & 'Text to speech extended' which gives you language translation with a voice.

Its not bad works fine on the mytouch. Too bad it cant translate to other languages.

It deletes your messages, not good on the g1, and it doesn't speak.

Awesome. I can think of so many different ways to use this. If you dl gdocs you can copy and paste entire word docs here and it will read them to u.
New female voice BLOWS bring back the old robotic voice or at least give us the option of the two (or more) voices. Will no longer use until shes gone
I like this app just wish it had a different voice othewise it would be 5 stars

It used to work until I upgraded it.
This is great....simple and easy to use....really good fun like stephen hawkings in your living room.
