Works fine with whole years but really needs to allow partial years like 3.5 years of financing

Not very functional unless you already know what your payments will be.
Tried several, this is the best free one. Has many advanced features you have to pay for on others.
Excellent and very useful. Please provide ability to provide multiple values of prepayments as I pay extra principle each month.
Most fully featured free loan app I've tested thus far. Wish it had PMI calc tho.

Completely useless for mortgage that started earlier than 2006. Not every user is getting a new mortgage or has one less than three yrs old. Fail.

Needs to be able to enter starting date earlier than 2004. My mortgage started in 2001 so calculations are off. :(

Calculations are wrong. 6.25% on 72000 for 30yrs is not 645.00 mth.

Wow, this app blew me away! Very well executed and has many tools that I wasn't expecting. Maybe add 'purchase price' and 'down payment' for 5 stars.

This app needs work. I tried using it to get the number of years left on my loans, but it kept changing my payment or principal as i entered them.

Not bad, but would be good if taylored to UK. Daily interest calculation would also be useful, and better handling of Interest Only too.
I've always used Karl's martgage calc on the web. Now its in an application on my phone! Awesome!
A must have. I have an actual mortgage calculator and this is better. Wish i haden't paid for my mort calc.
