Any Cut allows you to create Home shortcuts to anything! Popular shortcuts like directly calling a phone number or sending an SMS are supported. To use, just long-press an open area in Home & in the menu select Any Cut under the Shortcuts heading.
I really want ths to wrk, it suks. Droid
Great concept, but icon images were cut off once I edited names. Also, app opening was slowed down. I am picky so i uninstalled
Works fine on my droid, but activities are a bit slow to load. good app for free but better cut does more, but at a price.
Force close on Samsung Moment
I wanted to create a shortcut toggle to stop the orientation from switching but I couldnt
Does what it says! Shortcut to anywhere. Great for setting up a 3G toggle button on the home screen.
Peace of crap....doesn't work for the htc hero
Now I can go to phone status with just one touch, literally. BRAVO! 5-star!
Would be 5 stars but it cuts off part of the icon I'm making the shortcut for. Please fix

This should have been built into Android.
If you give this less than 5* you don't understand this app very well. It creates home shortcuts to utils you couldn't otherwise. It's very useful!
Made mostly obsolete by 1.6, but useful for previous versions
Great idea, needed phone number shortcuts in case of emergency. Very useful!
5 star for 3g only setting
All this does is let me change the name of my apps. Nothing really exciting here. Uninstalled from my Droid

Edit doesn't work on mytouch
Allows me to rename shortcuts for programs which I like but it would be nice if it edited icons too.

On the eris its useless. This is already built in....
Edit shortcuts doesn't work on Galaxy. Other then that, great app

Great app. Extremely helpful for click saving. Only one thing could improve it; selectable icon sizes.

I love it. Use it for one button calls and texts. Works great on my hero.
If I could give zero stars I would. Useless on Moment - FC as others reported. Speed Dial by CRinUS is so-so but at least it works.
I Can tranfer files with my pc again as Android update messed it up. Make an SD Card shortut, tick Mass Storage BEFORE connecting the USB cable to G1
Not working with N1. Does not recognize contacts sync with Google. Any help JSTO...@GMAIL.COM

Extremely useful on my hero. Makes my folders much neater and organized. Much needed.
Only allows contact shortcuts for manually entered contacts, not Facebook or Gmail contacts.
Force closes on Moment. Will change stars when/if fixed.

Useful addition to have. Works nicely, but could be improved by giving more detail on settings when trying to choose a link.

Nothing shows up under existing shortcuts, probably because it means existing anycut shortcuts. Fail.

I used this to make a shortcut to "Setup Wizard" and it fixed my home and call buttons not working. I'm rating this ***** just for that alone

Worked ok at creating shortcuts, never could edit, seems the functionality has been integrated into the OS now.
